orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the item enters production. Prices are in USD and include shipping. If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error, we may cancel and refund rather than honour it — we will tell you, not just cancel silently.

made to order

Every item is produced after you order it. This is why the returns policy does not offer free returns on a change of mind, and those terms form part of these ones.

designs and copyright

The designs, slogans, wordmark and artwork on this site belong to wearz. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt, not the right to reproduce the design on your own merchandise.

Designs are written for this store. Where a joke exists in the wider culture we write our own variation rather than lift someone's specific work. If you believe something here infringes your work, tell us — that gets a real reply and, if you are right, the design comes down.

liability

We are responsible for the item being what it says it is. We are not responsible for consequential loss beyond the value of the order — if a shirt gets a laugh at the wrong meeting, that one is on you.

changes

These terms can change. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered it.
