# returns

returns & problems

Read this before ordering rather than after. Print-on-demand does not work the way a warehouse store does, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

Nothing is made until you order it. There is no stock, so there is no shelf to return an item to. That is why the rules below are stricter than you may expect from a shop that holds inventory.

covered — tell us and we fix it

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will reship it or refund it. You do not need to send the item back.

The same applies if the parcel is lost in transit.

There is a 30-day window. Quality problems and lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of delivery. After that they cannot be honoured, and that limit is not ours to waive.

Send a photo of the item with your order number to get in touch and it will be dealt with.

not covered

Because each item is made for you specifically, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Check the size guide on the product before you order. This is the single most common reason people are disappointed, and it is the one thing we genuinely cannot fix for free.

wrong address

If an order is undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete, it comes back to the fulfilment centre. Reshipping it costs the same as making it again, so it is not free.

cancelling

An order can be cancelled only before it enters production, which is usually a short window. Once printing starts the garment exists and cannot be un-printed.

if you think that is unreasonable

It is the honest trade for made-to-order: no unsold stock, no seasonal landfill, no minimum runs — in exchange for no free returns on a change of mind. We would rather say so on this page than in a support email after you have paid.
